Our surrogate support workers Kimberly and Crystal, both former surrogates, will be available to share experiences with you and guide you through the same journey they have experienced. You will be given the opportunity to participate in our support groups and attend our surrogacy retreats. We know that this is a new process for you and that surrogacy is a lengthy process. We will be there to help you overcome any emotional challenges to ensure this journey is a memory you can be proud of.

At Gestacy, we encourage you to set the boundaries of your relationship to ensure your comfort. You will be the one choosing which family you would like to help, how much contact you desire to have with them, what financial compensation is fair as well as how you want any of the potential situations that may arise to be resolved.

We will help you discover your needs regarding each of these factors, if they are not already clear. We want you to have full control over your journey.

Gestacy has made great strides in upholding the rights of gestational surrogates. We want you to be 100% confident that:

• You will be informed of all financial aspects of your surrogacy journey and who is responsible for payment.
• In the case of doctor-prescribed bed rest, your lost wages will be protected, your child care costs covered and your housekeeping costs will be taken care of.
• We will compensate your labor support as well.
• Your present and future health care will be protected.
• You will have control over your body and the commitments you make that may affect your health and your reproductive rights, such as termination, number of embryos transferred, medications, etc.

Your rights will be clearly communicated and respected.

In some cases, there may be a legitimate need to have someone come in and help to mediate any differences between the parties involved to find a peaceful resolution that suits both you as the surrogate and your intended parents.
