Gestacy ensures that the rights of all parties involved are respected. We will make sure you have a clear surrogacy agreement that covers all possible incidences, including the difficult questions regarding: termination, selective reduction, fetus malformations, accidents, or even in the most extreme circumstances, death of any of the parties involved. We only work with surrogate’s who have a genuine desire to help others build their family and who willingly agree to and recognize the need for contracts that grant parental rights exclusively to the Intended Parents.

We will provide you with all the information required for you to have a realistic awareness of any extra costs that may arise during the journey such as lost wages, child care, and/or travel expenses for the surrogate and her family. We will also make sure that an extensive analysis of the surrogate´s insurance and medical coverage is conducted. We want our Intended Parents to be protected, know their rights, feel supported through the process, and never be blindsided by unforeseen costs.
