What personal data do we collect from the User?

Gestacy may collect the following personal data and sensitive personal data:

Identification data: name and surname, nationality, date of birth, place of birth, place of residence, address, level of studies, language, profession and/or occupation, financial and patrimonial data, mental and physical health status, socioeconomic status, genetic information, sexual preference, autograph signature, official identification data, names of family and friends, correspondence, etc

Contact information: cell phone number and e-mail.

For what purposes will the User’s personal data be processed?

In accordance with the provisions of the Law, the User is informed that all data obtained because of a request for information through the Website, as well as those derived from the execution of the contractual relationship that may be maintained with Gestacy, will be processed by Gestacy, in its capacity as the Responsible Party.

The User’s personal data will be processed for lawful purposes and to comply with the obligations set forth in the service provision contract that Gestacy enters into with each of the Users for such purpose.

Provided that the User has explicitly or implicitly accepted it, the data collected by Gestacy as a result of the provision of its Services – other than the User’s personal and sensitive personal data – will be processed for marketing, statistical, advertising, promotional, informational or prospecting purposes, quality surveys, audits to improve the service, to carry out fraud prevention actions and for the development of predictive models.

Period for the processing of the User’s personal data

The User’s personal data will be processed for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which Gestacy is contracted and/or as long as a contractual relationship between the User and Gestacy remains in force.

User Consent and Revocation of Consent.

The User expressly consents that by accessing the Website and providing Gestacy with his/her personal data through any institutional channel owned by Gestacy, or by contracting goods and services, Gestacy may use the personal data collected for the purposes described above.

It will be understood that the User tacitly consents to the processing of his/her personal data, when having made the privacy notice available to him/her through the Website or in person, he/she does not express his/her opposition.

The consent granted by the User may be revoked at any time without retroactive effect.

Rights of Access to information
