How long does the surrogacy process last?
The entire process, from selecting a surrogate to the birth of the baby, can take between 12 and 18 months. This includes the time for preparation, the in vitro fertilization (IVF) process, and pregnancy.
What happens after birth?
After birth, the baby is handed over to the intended parents in accordance with the established legal contract. The legal procedures necessary to ensure that the intended parents are recognized as the legal parents of the baby are managed with the help of specialized lawyers.
